Developed Dimension Information Technology Company (DDIT®)
Developed Dimension Information Technology Company Ltd. (DDIT), a Saudi Company, was formed as a Saudi establishment company in 2004, with Saudi commercial registration C.R. (1010196989) Riyadh, dated 29/02/1425H. Initially providing specialist Geographic Information Systems (GIS) services interpreting satellite imagery, the company has now targeted similar technologies to provide a range of GIS and Homeland security systems.
In April 2008, the company changed from a sole establishment to a limited liabilities company, and that is in order to match the growth in the company’s activities and the targeted markets.
DDIT GIS offers a broad range of GIS applications, ranging from Geo-Data procurement (satellite data, DEM, land use and land cover data), image processing and analysis, information processing and software development to the provision of turnkey technical assistance projects and customized spatial land management and monitoring systems.
As a part of the expanded range, the DDIT Homeland Security offering now includes in-vehicles Digital Video (and Audio) recording (DVR), Licenses Plate Recognition (LPR) (fixed & mobile), mobile vehicles computers, integrated communication control systems, security automatic vehicle location (AVL), mobile data messaging, command centers management software (fixed & mobile), low current system including (CCTV, Access Control, Smart Gate & Fencing, IP Telephone, Video Conference, LAN Network). Following a year of research and development and close work with selected technology partners, DDIT now design, implement, operate, and maintain the truly integrated system to give our clients an edge in its fight against crime.
In August 2010, DDIT Telecommunication sign an investment agreement with Cassidian (An EADS Group) to developing the TETRA low frequencies (330-360 MHz) product and services and become an Exclusive Distributor in GCC countries.
With also distributor for standard TETRA frequencies products and services in Saudi Arabia.
The first services and repair centre for Cassidian TETRA products and services in Middle East will be in Riyadh – Saudi Arabia and ready to support our clients in 3rd quarter 2013.
