..:: P R O D U C T S ::.. -----> Automatic Containers Recognition (ACR)

Automatic Container Recognition is a mass surveillance method that uses optical character recognition on images to read numbers, and codes fixed on the container body. The system uses fixed cameras in ports and port docks, and this is to identify, monitor, and track containers from the time of entrance the port till it leaves.

The system commonly uses infra red (IR) technology to enable the cameras reading numbers, and codes fixed on containers in any time, and any environmental situations, and that is because of the lighting flash at least in one or more of the cameras, which allows the supervisor to monitor a clearer image for the containers and data related.
The major concept in the Automatic Container Recognition is the ability of reading numbers and codes, and compares it instantly with the approved lists within the available databases in the ports.

Main features of the Automatic Container Recognition systems:

bullet Works with or without any human intervention.
bullet An open architecture for integration with variety of 3rd party applications.
bullet Immediately feedback between targeted container and the containers database in the port premises.
bullet Easy recognition for all stickers, codes, numbers that are fixed on containers.
bullet New innovation for controlling, monitoring, and locating the vehicles inside the port.
bullet Automatic alerts if any vehicle entered restricted zone or area.
bullet Alternative connections methods including internet, local, and international networks.
bullet Ability to monitor vehicles travel, patterns, overtime, to detect suspicious behaviour or verify the presence of suspect vehicles.
bullet The ability to control access by verifying the number plate against an authorized list.

Main Applications include:
bullet Fixed – Permanent Installation on cranes.
bullet Mobile – Permanent installation on patrols within the port.
bullet Fully Portable – A self contained system which is able to be moved easily from vehicle to vehicle.
