Saudization
The goal of achieving Saudization in the national workforces is a priority for DDIT. The adoption and development of national workforces in fields of security systems, remote sensing and geographic information systems, faith in the vision of the country's youth, their capabilities, and the available potentials for new Saudi graduates.
The Saudization is over 60% in DDIT. These are some of the practices, which have been supported by top management in DDIT for its responsibilities toward the community and a way to substantiate its vision of service to society.
The top management decided that such practices are a must, ensuring on possible ways in attracting, selecting, and the orientation that is suitable for their skills and capabilities.
By the first of June 2005 the necessary preparations had been completed, and continue all training required to build Saudi Specialized manpower in this field.
